Base Pay Range $10.98/hr - $10.98/hr
As a Banquet Server, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional service during events, meetings, and banquets. You'll set up and break down event spaces, serve food and beverages, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, great attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive and friendly service to guests during the hotel's special events.
Set up and break down event spaces, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Report to the Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager.
Develop the potential to advance to roles such as banquet captain, restaurant server, or food and beverage management positions.
Education & Experience Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have a combination of education and experience.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Eligible to work in the United States.
Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required — with or without reasonable accommodations.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
