This is a temporary 6 month fixed-term contract position.

A job at TSMC Arizona offers an opportunity to work at the most advanced semiconductor fab in the United States. TSMC Arizona’s first fab will operate its leading‑edge semiconductor process technology (N4 process), starting production in the first half of 2025. The second fab will utilize its leading edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. The recently announced third fab will manufacture chips using 2 nm or even more advanced process technology, with production starting by the end of the decade. America’s leading technology companies are ready to rely on TSMC Arizona for the next generations of chips that will power the digital future.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduling tasks, administrative support for team/staff meetings, meeting notes, and documenting follow‑up action.

Provide administrative support tasks for contractors and vendors.

Manage logistics of department supplies to include office and production equipment inventory.

Coordinate weekday supper, lunch, and afternoon tea for the department.

Align inventory to ensure delivery and ordering of required supplies to the department.

Support budget, purchase orders, and purchase request processes.

Organize and schedule job trainings or activities for employees; support communication of schedules with data analysis.

Administer equipment planning to support facilities and production activities in the cleanroom and office settings.

Utilize Excel, Word, PowerPoint in communication, tracking, and data analysis (inventory, percentages, SUM/AVG, Pivot Tables).

Work onsite in North Phoenix location, Monday – Friday.

Perform other job duties as required by business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business management or human resources related is required.

Technical Skills:

Working knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, data mining query skills.

2+ years of working experience in administrative or project coordinator role.

Experience with office administration, parts inventory, department communication.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Experience in an industrial or construction environment, working with vendors and deadlines.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment including self‑managing in completing multiple tasks, critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including effective communication with all levels of management.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent grasping, manipulation, and occasional twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, or reaching.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and work on desk‑based computer work, including data analysis and documentation.

This role frequently moves throughout the facility and between departments as part of daily operational tasks.
