Part‑time Doorstep Waste Removal – Trash Butler
Join us as a frontline team member delivering door‑to‑door trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. As a part of Trash Butler, you’ll be the face of our nightly service and help maintain a clean, waste‑free environment for residents.

Competitive pay: $1,300/month (paid semi‑monthly)
Incentive programs: Employee referral, sales lead referral, next‑day pay option
Flexible schedule: Sunday through Thursday evenings, 8:00 pm – finish (approx. 2‑3 hours)

Key Responsibilities
Complete nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
Use assigned trash tote/cart to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps.
Utilize Trash Butler's field app for timekeeping, check‑in/out, and reporting.
Transport collected trash in an open‑bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on‑site dumpsters, compactors, or chute rooms.
Perform additional services as needed (porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, compactor cleanup, light community cleanliness tasks).
Maintain daily communication with supervisor/manager for a streamlined workflow.
Work quietly, minimizing noise to avoid resident disturbance.

Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Lifting up to 25 lbs and using hands and arms repetitively.
Climbing stairs in apartment buildings.
Working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Owning an open‑bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
Possessing a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name (mandatory where truck required).
Having a smartphone to download and use the company's app.
Demonstrating self‑motivation and reliability.
Ability to work independently and efficiently without compromising service quality.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience is a plus.
