Plumbing Drain Technician You will diagnose and repair residential drain systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

What Will I Do?

Complete assigned calls or in-shop repairs in a professional manner and to the best of his/her ability.

Unclog and clean sewers and drains for the customer under supervision.

Field duties include operating company vehicle in safe and courteous manner.

Observe all safety requirements.

Communicate in a professional manner when in uniform.

Properly maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Accountable for meeting goals, following work rules, and proper conduct.

Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. (We can help you with this!)

Do I have What it Takes?

Valid driver's license to drive company vehicle

Excellent listening, decision making and troubleshooting skills

Prior plumbing and drain cleaning experience/exposure is a plus

Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

A desire to learn and become a licensed plumber and willingness to study for an exam

ServiceTitan Experience Preferred
