We are looking for a bright and compassionate care professional to join our Lake View Terrace community in Lake Havasu, Arizona. Our residents are #1 and our team members shine. Pay $20.00/hr - $20.00/hr (adjusted per skills and experience)
Responsibilities
Assist with all resident care needs.
Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.
Notify Resident Care Coordinator/RN of any changes in resident condition.
Assist in the dining room during meal times – set up, take orders, serve, and bus tables.
Assist or facilitate residents’ participation in scheduled activities.
Help residents get ready and go to scheduled appointments.
Identify and report changes of condition to Medication Aide/Resident Care Coordinator/RN immediately.
Take accurate vital signs and weights.
Assist in-care needs, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
Keep current on First Aid/CPR as directed by Resident Care Coordinator.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management staff.
Qualifications
High school graduate (preferred).
Proficiency in English (required).
Familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly; previous experience preferred but not required.
Attend and participate in scheduled mandatory in‑services and meetings.
Maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
Arizona Caregiver Certification.
