Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of talented hairstylists and barbers.
Maintain a high-energy salon environment and ensure every client leaves with a smile.
Coaching and mentorship to sharpen team skills.
Manage day-to-day operations: scheduling, inventory, etc.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Achieve sales targets and earn bonuses.
Create an inviting and stylish salon culture.
Qualifications
Experience in a leadership role, ideally in haircare or grooming.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong multitasking and organization.
Passion for grooming and eye for detail.
Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
Cosmetology or barber license required.
