Job Overview As a Crew Lead you are responsible for coordinating residential installs of each system efficiently, in a timely and in a quality manner. Good leadership, good communication and documentation skills while working on the roof.
Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $28‑$32/hr (DOE) + Bi‑Weekly Install Bonuses ± Benefits.

Essential Responsibilities
Supervise the entire installation project
Supervise safety on the job
Complete installation on various roof types as well as ground mounts
Supervise quality and efficiency of work performed on site
Communicate with Roof Lead and Branch Manager on changes
Mount racking, modules, and electrical equipment
Fill out job documents thoroughly
Collect data and photos for each job
Ensure rooftop teamwork improves productivity
Drive company vehicle to and from jobs safely
Maintain truck tools and material inventory
Supervise fixing and troubleshooting projects
Clean up job site
Travel as required
Maintain a current driver’s license and clean driving record
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Education & Certifications
High School Graduate or GED
Experience
Minimum 1+ year experience, including at least 6 months leading a crew
Electrical and roof racking experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong motivation, attention to productivity, detail, and safety
Safe work at heights, ladders, and confined areas
Lift, pull, push materials and equipment
Climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops; work feet long periods
Lift 50 pounds frequently
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent customer service skills
Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
Collaborative team environment
Work in extreme environments (hot sun, cold, rain, crawl spaces)
Maintain clean and safe working environment
Valid state driver’s license and clean record

Travel Requirements Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work. Must have a valid driver’s license/insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
