In this role, you will be a vital part of our growing pool service company, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service and renovations to our customers. Your expertise will not only ensure high-quality renovations but will also position you as a mentor to help train and support other technicians. With your skills and customer-focused mindset, you will help us maintain excellence and achieve customer satisfaction while playing an integral role in our team's growth and success.
Responsibilities
Deliver clear, detailed, and visually inspiring pool renovation quotes that balance technical precision with creative vision.
Take accurate measurements to ensure material precision, minimize waste, and produce reliable cost estimates.
Include correct line items for plaster, tile, coping, lighting, and other upgrades for customers’ pools.
Communicate professionally, listen to customer goals, answer questions, and present renovation options that are both exciting and dependable.
Manage plaster start-ups following pool resurfacing: coordinate pool fill-ups, add start-up chemicals, initiate pump operation, and ensure proper filter service.
Provide homeowner guidance on brushing protocols and maintain close coordination with the Service and Repair Teams for multi-week follow-up visits and final system setup.
Perform thorough leak detection services: visual inspections, dye and pressure tests, sonar gear to identify hidden leaks; accurately diagnose issues and document findings.
Collaborate and communicate with the service and repair teams, support daily operations, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Follow up with customers after onsite visits to ensure satisfaction, address any additional concerns, and maintain open communication to foster trust and long-term relationships.
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in pool service is required.
Experience in sales is preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to be outside in all Texas weather conditions.
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
Desire to be part of a fast-growing, dynamic team.
A great team-player attitude with the flexibility to wear multiple hats.
Shift & Schedule
8-hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday (Some weekends depending on project timelines).
In office – Branch location.
8:am-5:00 pm Monday - Friday.
