Servicing projects nationwide and across the Caribbean, we are recognized as a trusted authority for all governmental, commercial, and industrial projects involving hazardous materials handling and demolition.
Essential Functions
Execute specific asbestos/demolition tasks as instructed.
Clean and prepare project sites.
Work off ladders, lifts, or scaffolding and with mechanical equipment as needed.
Operate hand tools and power tools.
Understand and follow directions.
Maintain a safety focus at all times.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years construction experience required.
Asbestos Worker Certification required.
OSHA 10 or higher construction training preferred; if not current, willing to obtain certificate within 30 days of hire.
Experience with construction hand tools required.
Experience working outside during all seasons and in all‑weather conditions required.
Ability to pass pre‑employment post‑offer physical.
Excellent communication skills.
Organized, hardworking, and motivated.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Working Environment / Physical Demands
Coordinate your actions with those of other workers on busy construction sites.
Complete work projects on time and with effective attendance; regular and prompt attendance is essential.
Work outdoors in heat, cold, dust, rain, pollution, and toxic atmospheres.
Wear required PPE, including respirator, and participate in OSHA‑required medical surveillance programs as necessary.
Pick up construction debris and lift 50 lbs regularly.
Climb temporary or permanent stairs and ladders.
Regularly required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Compensation
Compensation Range: $24.00 - $26.00/hour.
Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location.
Benefits

Paid Time Off & Holidays
Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours per year.
Sick Time: 56 hours per year.
