Benefits
Full‑time: up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment.
Part‑time: eligible for sick leave.
Role responsibilities
Work with kids 2‑22 with autism and special needs in their homes or at our centers.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma/GED.
Transportation: Reliable transportation. Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle preferred.
Schedule: Available to work Monday‑Friday between 8:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
Compensation: Starting pay at $17 per hour and up with experience.
Certification: Become eligible to earn RBT certification.
Age: Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 on the day of employment.
Eligibility: Eligibility to work in the United States.
Consistent schedule: Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings.
Background check: Ability to pass a background check.
Optional additional qualifications
Bi‑lingual, with English/Spanish fluency.
Studied, majored, or minored in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, health science, or a related field.
Experience working with children, such as babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, or other childcare roles.
Training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech‑language pathology, counseling, mental health, and parenting.
Physical requirements Physical requirements vary and may include pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds, walking, running, sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, and moving quickly according to client needs.
