Propane Delivery Driver (CDL B) Hiring Bonus
Family owned for over 60 years, Lakes Gas is among the largest propane providers in the Midwest. We operate with a small‑town, local feel across 57 locations.
Sign‑on bonus: $3,000.
This is a local route, home every night, Class B CDL position. Primary responsibilities include delivering propane, propane tanks, and cylinders to residential and commercial sites while providing first‑class customer service.

Bonus Terms
Receive $1,000 after 3 months of employment and achieving a minimum of a Class B License with Tanker and Hazardous Endorsements.
After successfully completing 6 months of employment you will receive an additional $2,000. Must be employed and in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.
Requirements
Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements (or ability to obtain requisite endorsements) without air brake restrictions.
Clean driving record verifiable by a Federal Motor Vehicle Report.
Pass a DOT physical and maintain a Federal DOT medical card.
Ability to read, write, and clearly communicate in English.
Comply with federal drug and alcohol testing requirements.
Safety conscious and customer service oriented.
Ability to operate and maintain handheld tablets.
Inspect vehicle and notify supervisor of needed equipment, supplies or routine maintenance.
DOT Hazmat Training and Maintenance every three years.
Maintain compliance with all DOT requirements.
Physical Demands
Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Lift up to 75 pounds.
Pull delivery hose.
Bend, climb, reach, and rotate as needed.
Fill, load, secure, and deliver propane cylinders or bulk.
