Position Summary The Environmental Services Aide is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe environment in all areas of the facility.
Pay Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Cleans, mops, and sanitizes resident rooms, toilets, and baths.
Cleans windows, windowsills, window treatments, walls, and furniture.
Performs special cleaning of rooms, disinfects walls, floors and furnishings.
Cleans nursing stations, halls, lobbies, treatment rooms, recreation areas, lounges, and dining areas.
Minimum Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience preferred in a health care setting.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames.
