The primary purpose of this position is to unload liquid products from railcars as well as assist in the movement and switching of the railcars on property. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Must communicate to all crew members any instructions required while daily tasks are completed and ensure to work in a safe manner along with all other Team Members. Must be flexible and able to work any shift. This is a full-time outside job in all weather conditions. Operate in a manner where SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT are of the highest importance. Operate within Watco’s Customer First Foundation Principles with the customer, safety and the team’s goals always a priority. Ability to understand Watco Transload and Intermodal safety rules and regulations. Learn from directions, observations, and mistakes and apply procedures using good judgement. Climb onto top and underneath railcars in order to inspect and seal railcars using a checklist. Perform structural inspections as required. Prepare equipment for product transfer. Will be responsible for the operation as it relates to compressors, auxiliary, equipment, engines, pump stations, pumps, valves and other related equipment. Start, stop, and operate engines/pumps within defined operating parameters. Ensure the cost effective and efficient performance of all engines, pumps and associated equipment at the compressor stations. Complete all applicable documentation, inspections and recordkeeping. Ability to pass Safety Course administered by customer. Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Snow/weed removal as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Machines, Tools, Special Equipment, Personal Protective Equipment Used

Power tools, hydraulic equipment, power drills, and basic hand tools (i.e., wrench, screwdriver, sockets, measuring tape, etc.) PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, splash goggles, face shield, gloves, steel toed boots, fire retardant clothing, full face respirator. Requirements

A valid Driver’s License is preferred for this position. Ability to pass training and required testing. Seniority level
