General Labor/Production – International Paper
Billed as General Labor, this role supports daily production operations at our Arden Hills, MN plant. Working full‑time Monday‑Friday, the position spans evening and overnight shifts and offers a starting wage of $22.18 per hour.
Location and Shifts
2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
3rd Shift – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Full‑time (Monday‑Friday)
Physical Location 1300 Red Fox Road, Arden Hills, MN 55112
Responsibilities
Counting and stacking finished product.
Reading factory orders and interpreting test equipment.
Utilizing basic shop math and inspecting materials.
Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions.
Performing clean‑up functions such as blowing down machines, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, sweeping the machine area, and shredding scrap.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Strong focus on safety and compliance with shop guidelines.
Ability to read and follow written instructions.
Physical stamina for counting, stacking, and machine maintenance tasks.
