Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full‑time Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest‑control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This is a production‑based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN As a Pest Control Technician, you start your route each day, entering attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess problems, identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions. Your calm, helpful demeanor puts customers at ease as you devise and describe a personalized solution. You collect service payments, answer questions, keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition, and embody the friendly neighbourhood Pest Control Technician—helping people is your job.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency‑required licensing/certification exams
Valid driver's license
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
No experience necessary—training will be provided
