Job Summary As the Administrative Assistant, you will support our HR and Payroll team with administrative tasks.

Job Description We are looking for an

Administrative Assistant

to support our HR/Payroll team in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment. This position will be a

What You’ll Do

Provide administrative support to the HR/Payroll team

Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, utilizing functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas

Manage payroll‑related tasks and ensure deadlines are met

Assist with preparing and processing payroll reports

Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to resolve inquiries

Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and handle non‑standard hours during payroll processing periods

What You'll Need Required:

3-5 years of administrative experience, including payroll

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines

Availability for overtime during critical periods, with work hours ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM as needed

Preferred:

Prior experience working in a remote environment

Familiarity with payroll processing systems

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
