SUPERVISOR, SHIFT-HOURLY (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)
Join Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services as a Supervisor, Shift‑Hourly. Positions are available for both full‑time and part‑time shifts.
Shift & Schedule Shift: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Schedule varies, including weekends and holidays. Pay range: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour.
Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who fail to meet reasonable standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
Serve as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
