The Pest Control Technician is responsible for identifying and treating pest infestations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position requires strong attention to detail, good problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest problems and potential entry points.
Accurately diagnose pest issues and determine appropriate treatment methods.
Apply pest control treatments using approved methods and equipment while following safety protocols and regulations.
Utilize chemical and non‑chemical treatment approaches, emphasizing environmentally safe options where possible.
Maintain accurate records of services provided, chemicals used, and client interactions for compliance and service history.
Complete work orders and reports in a timely manner.
Regularly inspect and maintain pest control equipment and vehicles.
Clean and store chemicals and equipment according to safety standards.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control practices and the safe use of chemicals.
Follow company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
Stay updated on best practices, industry trends, and new treatment options through training and professional development.
Salary $41,600 to $72,800
Training pay: $17 per hour until fully qualified. In addition to the top salary range, the company also offers ongoing commission on business brought in by the employee as they remain under company employment.
