We're seeking professional and friendly Front Office Receptionists, better known as GGL Ambassadors, to join our team! Ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and fellow team members, managing the front desk and providing exceptional customer service. You'll ensure a positive experience and smooth operations of office functions for everyone who walks in the door.
What You’ll Do
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or destination.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing general information as needed.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, providing excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
Review emails for new client leads and create intake in our case management system (Smart Advocate).
Assist with mail distribution for incoming and outgoing packages, as needed.
Ensure the smooth running of daily office functions.
What You Bring
Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English (required).
1+ year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred).
Stellar communication skills and active listening ability.
Organizational superpowers and laser-sharp attention to detail.
Tech-savvy—proficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
Professional presence and a people-first mindset.
Ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple priorities with grace.
