Position Summary Full‑time Food Service Worker at The Spine Hospital of Louisiana at the NeuroMedical Center in Baton Rouge, LA.

Essential Job Functions
Set up dining area and trays for meal services.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and dietary restrictions.
Deliver orders to patients and family members.
Assist the cook in meal preparation and service to meet scheduled meal times.
Deliver residents’ meal carts and clean assigned dining areas.
Record temperatures on refrigerators accurately and restock as needed.
Wash and store dishes, maintaining overall kitchen sanitation and maintenance.
Comply with Federal, State, and community regulations, policies, and procedures.
Hourly Wage $13.00-$14.00 per hour
Qualifications
1 year of food service experience preferred.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Strong communication skills at all community levels.
Desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents.
Ability to follow directions and complete assignments.
Team player with multi‑tasking and prioritization skills.
ServSafe certification desirable.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent customer service skills.
Education Requirement High school diploma or GED.
Physical Demands
Stand for long periods of time.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
