Job Title: Painter
As a Painter, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming jobs to determine workload and staging the work accordingly. You will oversee the prep process, ensure parts are masked correctly, and maintain proper chemical concentration in the wash system. Additionally, you will manage the settings on the powder coat booth, verify the conformance of finished parts, and perform routine quality checks.

Maintain proper chemical concentration in the wash system.
Adjust settings on powder coat booth to adhere to process standards.
Verify conformance of finished parts to meet specifications and issue to the correct job.
Track output to ensure production efficiency.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in painting, paint prep, and spray gun usage.
Experience with masking and powder coating processes.
Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Skilled in troubleshooting and adjusting for quality powder coating.
Knowledgeable in proper wash and cure steps of the powder coat process.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $20.00/hr.
