Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies, is hiring a Class B Delivery Driver. The role involves safely operating a 24’ box truck, delivering products, and providing exceptional customer service. Schedule
Monday – Friday, 2:00 am to finish. Responsibilities
Safely operate a 24’ box truck with a gross vehicle weight of 26,000 pounds. Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate. Track and document activity in the truck log. Report any issues or incidents to dispatch. Inspect the truck before and after each trip. Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude. Qualifications
A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL B). Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam. A good driving record. 1 year of recent CDL B experience. 1 year of route delivery experience. 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience. Lift gate experience. Ability to handle a physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted). Strong work ethic. Benefits
