Responsibilities
Acknowledge, greet, and converse in English with all guests; provide information and assistance to those interested in gaming.
Deliver fast, flawless, personalized service to players.
Build and maintain rapport with guests consistently.
Know all aspects of the games dealt.
Comply with all company policies, departmental procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and Internal Controls.
Execute assigned games according to procedure; protect games, pace, and payouts accurately.
Fill and credit tables through cheque verification; open and close tables per established guidelines.
Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.
Supervisory duties include enforcement of game procedures, monitoring compliance, and reporting significant transactions.
Track guest play, resolve disputes, inform supervisors and Surveillance of irregular play, maintain inventory, and ensure overall integrity of pit section operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience as a dealer.
Experience dealing in high-volume games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat) and 2 years in high-volume Craps (not required).
Strong math skills and ability to perform basic calculations.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work any shift or hours.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
Knowledge of state gaming laws and regulations.
Strong problem‑solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting skills.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and energy.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to produce reports and present information.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database tools.
Desired Attributes
Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
Collaborative, proactive, and strategic in handling issues.
Diplomatic and tactful in resolving conflicts with guests and team members.
Strong leadership presence in gaming operations.
