Qualifications
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 80 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
Ability to stand for extended periods of time (8+/- hours)
Ability to sit for extended periods of time (8+/- hours)
Ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
Ability to work nights and/or weekends as requested
Willingness to travel out of town as needed (infrequently) with 48 hours notice
Fine motor skills and hand dexterity (tightening nuts and bolts, using hand tools, filling out paperwork)
Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screenings
Ability to follow specific directions from supervisors
Interest in improving industry knowledge
Good judgment in the field including safe work practices around live traffic; adherence to company policies and procedures at all times
Cooperative, team‑player attitude
Ability to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements
Ability to operate motorized hand tools and equipment as required
Ability to follow other duties as assigned by management or trainers
