School Bus Monitor – Yermo-Silver Valley, CA First Student

is seeking a part‑time School Bus Monitor to keep students safe during their daily commute. The position offers a split shift with a guaranteed 4‑hour day, an hourly wage starting at $16.95, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan (benefits vary by location or CBA). No prior experience is required; the company provides training.

Responsibilities

A split shift: early morning before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with a few free hours in between.

A guaranteed shift of 4 hours per school day with no night or weekend work unless desired.

Additional hours through trips and charters when available.

Benefits

$16.95 per hour starting wage.

No experience necessary.

Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
