Sportsbook Ticket Writer – Full Time (Gold Ranch – Dayton)
Join Caesars Sportsbook & Casino as a Sportsbook Ticket Writer. You will report to the Sportsbook Manager and serve as the face of our retail operation, providing high-level customer service to both regular and novice bettors, advising on sports betting options, and ensuring responsible wagering decisions.
What You Will Do
Deliver premium customer service to encourage repeat patronage.
Adhere to all company and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations.
Become familiar with betting options and discuss them with customers.
Resolve customer disputes or complaints and focus escalation to a supervisor.
Collaborate with teammates and leadership.
Complete required paperwork and documentation in accordance with company policy and Gaming Control Board standards.
Perform other duties assigned.
What You Will Need
Flexible availability.
Basic computer skills (Email, MS Excel, internet).
Minimum of 1 year cash handling experience.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
Age 21 or older; must pass a background check.
Eligibility to obtain a gaming license from the Gaming Control Board or other jurisdictions if required.
High level of customer service.
Ability to work flexible schedule: nights, weekends, holidays.
Professional presentation.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Basic math skills.
Compliance with company and Gaming Control Board requirements.
Physical Requirements
Stand for extended periods.
Lift, pull, or push 25 lbs.
Write for extended periods; twist, bend or reach without significant limitations.
