Seeking a team member to join our optical department. Must be a multi‑tasker with a positive attitude. We welcome all skill levels, but some optical experience is required. Must be willing to travel to other offices if needed. Overtime may be required.
Job Responsibilities
Assisting patients and customers with the selection of frames, lenses, and lens treatments.
Ordering lenses from the lab.
Filing insurance claims.
Final inspection of lab work prior to notifying patient that their order is ready.
Return and track returns for inventory purposes.
Processing invoices for payment.
