Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Piano Performance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous teaching experience with young children preferred.
Strong piano and instructional skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles.
Energetic, patient, and passionate about music education.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
