Store 020 Houston Willowbrook – Under the direct supervision of a Restaurant Manager, the Fiesta Mart Cook is responsible for all food items prepared in the restaurant.
Portion and prepare food items prior to cooking.
Cook foods on the kitchen line (sauté, fry, etc.) using the freshest ingredients.
Follow sanitation guidelines and prep recipes to maintain product consistency.
Assist customers with orders and serve food when needed.
Fill display cases as required and assist with cleaning of the department.
Qualifications
Must be able to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
Food Handler Card or an equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling, and serving food.
