Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and well‑organized new and used vehicle area.
Move cars as directed by management and in accordance with facility display standards.
Keep inventory vehicles clean and presentable.
Clean interior and exterior of vehicles, including trunks and glove compartments.
Assist with general grounds maintenance at the dealership.
Follow policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Wear company approved uniform.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
Current, valid driver’s license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, organization, and positive attitude.
Education & Experience
No retail experience necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
Work environment is typically loud.
Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and handle tools.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds of material.
Frequent proximity to moving mechanical parts.
Potential exposure to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaners, or other toxic materials common in a motor vehicle repair facility.
Potential exposure to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
