Covenant Health Urgent Care is dedicated to providing top-quality patient care to the Knoxville community. Receptionists are vital to the success of our clinical teams and crucial to providing fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare at Covenant Health Urgent Care centers. In partnership with Covenant Health, Covenant Health Urgent Care offers state‑of‑the‑art onsite digital X‑ray, EKG, and common laboratory assays 7 days per week, 8AM – 8PM.
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for direct patient care, including:
Compassionately greeting and assisting patients
Accurately inputting patient information
Verifying insurance and collecting copays
Answering incoming calls with care
Position Highlights

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
12‑hour shifts (no overnights)
Availability to work weekends
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in a healthcare facility (e.g., medical office, urgent care, ER) or with insurance providers is preferred
