QSR Store Assistant, Full Time Location: 17503 W Colonial Dr, Oakland, Florida 34787.

Job Type: Full Time.

Job Summary This position assists the Restaurant Manager (RM) with daily operations of the restaurant and supervises the team in their absence. The Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members, partnering with the management team to maintain the company and brand operational standards, ensuring all guests leave satisfied.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coach and correct team.

Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads.

Maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties; assign shift duties to team members and follow up to ensure completion.

Direct team and ensure all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations; coach team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management.

Cascade relevant information to team members and assist with new product training.

Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request.

Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.

Monitor and ensure accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift; complete end‑of‑shift and end‑of‑day paperwork and counts as required; communicate any discrepancies to immediate supervisor.

In the absence of the RM, complete daily, weekly, and end‑of‑period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, and other administrative duties as required.

Guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes.

Complete reports on all incidents following the 5‑minute rule policy.

Partner with the RM and take ownership to ensure all financial and operational metrics are met, resulting in a profitable restaurant.

Qualifications

Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre‑opening and post‑closing required.

Valid state Driver’s License required.

Excellent communication skills.

Reaches, grasps, and manipulates objects with hands for entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead.

Pushes, pulls, lifts, and carries up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lbs. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead.
