This Position reports to: Production Supervisor The work model for the role is: Onsite, Mebane, NC Your role and responsibilities
Participates in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. Shares cycle time data with internal teams. Prepares technical documentation regarding the process phases, related methods, and cycle times. Supports production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff. Ensures that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams to support supplier evaluations and proper supplier agreements. Participates in the definition of action plans, training of relevant Maintenance and Production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up. 5+ years working in a manufacturing environment Data Analysis & Reporting Project Management Engineering & Manufacturing Processes Planned Maintenance & Backlog Supplier Relationship Management Supply Chain Management Specialist Technical & Engineering Skills High school diploma or equivalent required Legal authorization to work in the US is required Knowledge and use of tools – tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs Why ABB?
