involves welcoming guests, assisting residents, and supporting the marketing, sales, and business office teams.
Essential Functions
Proactively assists residents, families, visitors, and team members with questions or problems, greeting all visitors and answering incoming calls in a professional and respectful manner.
Monitors the entry area, greets and directs visitors, answers telephone calls, forwards and takes messages, receives and sends packages for residents, assists residents with mailing letters and packages, and manages the lobby to keep it clean, neat, and inviting. Supports the Director of Resident Engagement in promoting programming.
Handles the Sales & Marketing inquiry process by connecting callers or visiting customers to the appropriate inquiry team member; responds to inquiries and/or tours when senior staff are unavailable; facilitates community tours; manages the Lead Management Program and assembles marketing packets.
Assists the Business Office with processing new resident documentation, maintaining resident files, and safeguarding confidentiality.
Promotes and encourages residents to participate in programming.
Follows and communicates company policies and procedures.
