The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a full-time Building Cleaner- 2nd shift at Richfield Middle School. This position will perform a variety of daily housekeeping, cleaning and light maintenance responsibilities in a timely, courteous manner that helps maintain a clean, safe environment for students, staff and visitors. Qualifications
High school or GED.
Demonstrate knowledge and skills to operate power cleaning equipment in a safe manner at all times and consistently follow manufacturers' directions for the use and application of cleaning chemicals, materials and supplies.
Demonstrate strength and stamina to perform assigned responsibilities of this position.
Demonstrate ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions, correspondence and memos and also communicate clearly in both oral and written form.
Demonstrate the ability to keep electronic or hard copy paperwork records, when required. Ability and willingness to pursue and hold a second Class C boiler license if necessary.
Schedule Full-time, 2nd shift
Pay Range $20.62-$22.76 with .20 night differential (Based on education and experience)
