Airbrush Technician – Paid Training Program
SUGARED + BRONZED is redefining airbrush tanning with our innovative proprietary solution and revitalizing the timeless art of sugaring—a natural hair removal technique rooted in ancient Egypt. YOUR DAY TO DAY Our Airbrush Technicians are passionate about making clients feel bronzed and beautiful. All skills are learned through our extensive paid training program, allowing you to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and connect with clients for various special events. The team excels at efficient multitasking—blending spray expertise with front‑desk duties—while operating like a tight‑knit family that delivers an unparalleled experience.
Sprayer Responsibilities
Perform airbrush tanning services
Greet and check in / check out clients using our appointment booking and processing system, Booker
Maintain expert knowledge of S+ B airbrush tanning, sugaring services, memberships, and product line
Answer client questions about the tanning process, formula, services offered, and aftercare of the client’s service
Perform side tasks such as maintaining lobby and tanning room cleanliness, restocking product and disposables
Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services
Requirements
Minimum age 18. Our paid training program will teach you everything you need to know.
Deliver the best client experience possible.
Experience with airbrush makeup or tanning is a plus but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend knees, squat repeatedly, and bend the body downward and forward by bending legs and/or spine.
Ability to hold an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20+ minutes at a time.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
