Full Time Bridal Stylist - Phoenix
Grace Loves Lace, a global bridal brand, is seeking a charismatic and talented individual to join our Phoenix Boutique Sales Team.
We offer the opportunity to work in an elegant showroom with a diverse and talented team of bridal stylists, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment. Passion for bridal fashion, exceptional customer service skills, and a love for helping brides will be essential.
Responsibilities
Work 5 days a week (40 hours) with open availability and commitment to weekend work.
Provide personalized one‑on‑one private styling appointments.
Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service experience.
Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills.
Strive towards and exceed monthly individual and team sales goals.
Take accurate measurements and upsell accessories from our exquisite range.
Multi‑task between taking appointments and following up with brides via email and phone, using an iPad.
Represent the brand as an ambassador, wearing our products in the showroom.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service.
Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs.
Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey.
Fast learner, able to retain information across a diverse and high‑quality product range.
Hard‑working with strong multi‑tasking skills and high attention to detail.
Intermediate IT and administration capability; experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry (NetSuite advantageous).
Must be able to work weekends and flexible to take on extra shifts as needed.
