Overview This seasonal position will assist fisheries managers and biologists with management and research activities on Missouri River reservoirs. Assist in fish spawning and stocking operations; fish population sampling using gill nets, trap nets, seine, and electrofishing; and angler use and harvest surveys. Assist with data entry and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license
The ability to perform strenuous physical labor
The ability to work nights and weekends
Ability to communicate effectively with the public
Beneficial Experience
Operation and maintenance of boats, motors, and trailers
Basic vehicle and equipment maintenance
Knowledge of fisheries management principles and techniques
Fish identification
Basic computer operation
