All Supercuts stylists receive intensive training, attend seminars, and are recertified annually. We provide ongoing education and reimburse for attendance.
Our services include haircuts, color, highlights, waxing, and specialty services, delivered using proprietary tools and techniques.
Minimal Qualifications
Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Exceptional guest service skills and ability to provide consultations.
Administrative abilities, including register transactions, close‑out procedures, and light housekeeping.
Physical Requirements
Standing for sustained periods.
Frequent lifting up to 10 lbs, occasionally up to 25 lbs.
Continuous repetitive movements of fingers, hands, wrists, and arms.
Continuous grasping and reaching above shoulder level.
Exposure to chemicals and fragrances used in services.
Close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment to assess guest’s hair.
Communication with guests about services offered and requested.
