Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and organized back of house; keep dishes, utensils, and kitchen surfaces clean and sanitized.
Communicate effectively with team members and work as part of a fast-paced team to support restaurant operations.
Uphold safety and sanitation standards while performing daily dishwashing and general utility tasks.
Qualifications
You must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to effectively communicate with others and work as part of a team.
Commitment to making a positive impact in the workplace.
Physical ability to perform duties, including standing for long periods and handling cleaning activities in a hot/damp environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: Applebee's® Dishwashers start at minimum wage up to $24/hour, plus tips (tip-out).
Daily Pay is not available in California.
Benefits: healthcare benefits, flexible schedule, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and a clear career path.
Physical Standards Must be able to remain stationary and perform well-paced movements for long periods, reach, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in hot/damp environments. Must have finger and hand dexterity for small tools, wear protective hand coverings, and use disinfectant cleaners. Ability to wear protective masks and wash hands frequently.
