About the Role
Under the supervision of an RN, the Patient Safety Companion provides continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients identified as safety risks. The PSC assists in maintaining a safe and clean environment, ensuring patients are safely observed at all times. They report observations of physical, mental, or emotional conditions to nursing staff and communicate with the RN caring for the patient throughout their shift.

What We're Looking For
Minimum Education and Certifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent – desired
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire and maintain thereafter
Registered in NC as a CNAI within 6 months of completing training program
