Convenience Store Merchandiser . Starting pay: $18.00 per hour, with increases and advancement opportunities. Approximately 4 weeks of travel per year, daytime hours up to 40 hrs/week with potential overtime. Early access to earned wages through Paycor wallet. Travel pay and Per Diem offered. Primary Job Functions In a convenience store setting, under direction of MSCO management, responsibilities may include:
Utilizing a Plan‑O‑Gram to complete merchandising of existing in‑store products.
Tagging, moving, and rearranging existing in‑store products on shelves, bins, inside coolers, or other store areas.
Requirements, Education, Experience and Equipment
Must be able to travel, including overnight stays, weekend stays, and occasionally out of state.
At least 18 years of age, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, Real ID driver’s license.
High school diploma/GED and equivalent training and experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to read planograms.
Must follow and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Merchandising experience preferred but not required; training provided.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Physical Demands The employee must be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and carry products with light to moderate lifting. Must tolerate colder conditions when working inside beverage coolers.
