Requirements
Experience in pond/lake maintenance, landscaping, erosion control, or stormwater maintenance
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in various weather conditions
Comfortable working around water, slopes, and environmental risks (bees, poison ivy, etc.)
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate team members
Commitment to safety practices with chemicals and equipment
Ability to follow company policies and values

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain equipment safely (slope mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, mini-excavators, skid steers, etc.)
Perform manual labor tasks and operate hand tools
Maintain and repair ponds, lakes, and stormwater control measures (grading, erosion repair, planting, mowing, invasive species removal)
Lead by example, ensuring a safe and productive work environment
Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety guidelines
Complete repairs and maintenance on ponds, lakes, and other stormwater control measures, including: Turf establishment, mowing, planting, invasive plant treatment or removal, hand or machine excavation, grading, erosion repairs, tree removal, and site stabilization.
