Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality service and professionalism, upholding the standards and integrity of the Environmental Services Department.
Clean, maintain, and care for a variety of floor types, including tile, carpet, and brick.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule.
Follow established procedures for the correct use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Operate, maintain, and care for floor cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
Consistently observe safety protocols, including the use of “wet‑floor” signs and other precautions.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Promptly report any safety hazards or concerns.
Qualifications
Previous experience in floor care, janitorial, or commercial cleaning.
Knowledge of floor care techniques for various surfaces.
Familiarity with operating and maintaining floor care equipment.
Understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe usage practices.
