As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Shift in South Bend, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned locations, stay visible to deter security-related incidents, conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements

Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
