Night Shift Laborer
Holder Construction is seeking a Night Shift Laborer for our project located in Omaha. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a challenging and fast‑paced yet supported environment. They possess strong teamwork, can work independently, handle multiple projects at once, and remain flexible within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Loading/unloading deliveries.
Handling/moving jobsite materials.
Cleaning / preparing workspaces.
Digging.
Assisting safety professional.
Assisting carpenters.
Performing various jobsite operations.
Working the night shift hours of 6pm - 4am.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-year construction experience.
Understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge.
Ownership of assigned tasks and ability to solve problems using critical thinking.
Agile/mobile, alert, able to stand or walk for long periods, use hands & arms to reach, handle, manipulate objects.
Capacity to climb ladders, scaffolds, work on uneven surfaces/heights.
Read/write ability; good vision & hearing (corrected or natural).
Physical ability to lift and carry 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.
Work in an OSHA‑compliant safety environment; ability to work outside, overtime, weekend hours.
Punctuality and promptness required every day.
