Position Summary:
Enter records in the EHR
Provide assistance with outcome data
Report and communicate regularly with referral sources and providers
Provide service documentation
Participate in case staffing
Provide motivational interviewing and support
Engage in correspondence with Butler County Children’s Services and other service providers \ Provide SUD and MH case management
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. CDCA preferred
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Experience with electronic health records preferred
Long‑term recovery from substance use (drugs and/or alcohol)
Lived experience with the child welfare system either as a parent or a child
Good working condition motor vehicle and current driver’s license with automobile insurance
