$12.50/hr DOE

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Work Instructor/Driver

to join our team. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to teach, guide, and support adults in their daily work activities while also ensuring they get to and from our facility safely.

Responsibilities

As a Work Instructor:

Support and supervise individuals as they complete meaningful work tasks.

Provide guidance in areas such as communication, social development, and cognitive skills.

Help consumers meet production goals while maintaining high standards for quality.

Observe and track progress on individual goals, providing feedback and support.

Facilitate group and one‑on‑one learning sessions, helping individuals grow and succeed in their personal and professional goals.

As a Driver:

Ensure the safe and timely transportation of consumers to and from the facility.

Maintain a clean and comfortable vehicle for the safety and comfort of all passengers.

Keep track of vehicle maintenance and daily transportation logs.

Qualifications

21 years or older.

Valid Arkansas Driver’s License.

Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in human services is a plus.

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus; AEDD is happy to help you obtain it if you don’t already have it.
