We’re looking for energetic, pizza-loving bartenders to join the Wiseguy family! If you’ve got a knack for mixing drinks, cracking jokes, and keeping good vibes flowing, this gig’s for you.
At Wiseguy Pizza, we’re all about great pies, cold drinks, and good times. As a Bartender, you’ll craft classic cocktails, pour local brews, and serve up slices with a smile. Whether it’s happy hour or game night, you’ll be the face behind the bar making sure every guest feels like part of the Wiseguy crew.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages with creativity and precision.
Interact with guests, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
Maintain an organized and well‑stocked bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
Process drink orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions and maintaining proper records.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
Stay updated on current beverage trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually enhance the menu offerings.
Qualifications
A minimum of 6 months experience.
Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages.
Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays.
Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law).
Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written).
Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Lift up to 30 lbs (kegs, boxes, bottles).
Use hands to handle tools, glassware, and garnishes.
Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive wrist/arm motions.
Clear vision for reading orders and handling cash.
