About the Role Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment, and production areas in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
Essential Functions
Be part of the opening team
Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine; load and unload dishware and flatware and store properly.
Clean and sanitize ovens, steam kettles, mixers, and other kitchen equipment as well as all kitchen drains, sinks, floors, and walls; perform detailed cleaning of production areas.
Sanitize pots, pans, and kitchen utensils with appropriate cleaning and rinsing solutions.
Operate the silver burnishing machine safely, including polishing, sorting, and transporting silver; place damaged or worn pieces for repair.
Safely use and store all cleaning compounds, chemicals, and materials, including soaking solutions, with correct protective clothing.
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
Non‑essential Functions
Clean spills and messes immediately.
Assist with inventory of china, glass, and silver.
Plate and deliver food.
Qualifications
High school education or equivalent experience.
Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
